Estimated delivery: 18–20 days from order confirmation.
NOVA XI currently delivers to France, all supported European destinations, the United States and Canada. Standard delivery costs €3.99, or the equivalent amount displayed in the checkout currency. Standard delivery in France is free on eligible orders of €65 or more. We do not currently deliver to Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America or destinations that are not offered at checkout.
Keep your order confirmation. If you receive a tracking link, use it for delivery updates. For help with an order, contact us and include your order number.

Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw, then 14 days to send them back. For items from one order delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on receipt of the last item. Any statutory deadline extension applies.
You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. There are no restocking fees. For a valid claim concerning an incorrect, faulty or non-conforming item, NOVA XI covers the necessary return costs; these rights are not limited to 14 days.
