Delivery timeframe

Estimated delivery is 18–20 days from order confirmation. This is the delivery estimate, not an additional waiting period after dispatch. Any different timeframe applicable to an item or destination will be shown before you place your order.

Shipping costs and destinations

Delivery is available only to destinations offered at checkout. NOVA XI currently ships to France, all supported European destinations, the United States and Canada.

  • France: standard delivery €3.99; free standard delivery on eligible orders of €65 or more, as calculated at checkout.
  • Other supported destinations: standard delivery €3.99, or the equivalent amount displayed in the checkout currency.

Delivery is not offered to Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America or any destination not listed at checkout. No express-delivery service is currently offered.

Your delivery details

Please check your name, address, postal code and email before paying. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether a correction is still possible; a change cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the announced timeframe, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact NOVA XI with your order number and details of the problem. Photos, where available, can help us investigate; they do not replace or limit your statutory rights. You do not have to resolve a delivery problem with the carrier yourself.

If delivery is late, you may require delivery within a reasonable additional period and cancel the contract if we do not deliver within that period. Immediate cancellation is available where the law allows, including a refusal to deliver or failure to meet a delivery date that was an essential condition of the contract. Following a valid cancellation for non-delivery, we refund all sums paid within 14 days.

We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession, subject to any mandatory legal exception. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
